Now celebrating it's 6th year of business, the Arizona Hale Centre Theatre is a popular center stage theater located in Gilbert, Arizona with a steady stream of patrons and a long family history. How does a business like this increase profitability without increasing prices?
With busy phone lines and no way to make sales outside of normal business hours, the theater began seeking options. A theater must also disseminate a relatively large amount of frequently-changing information to a wide audience, all while presenting it in an attractive manner to win new patrons.
Solution
Mosaic Group was consulted to assist with providing real-time show information and ticket purchasing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Working with a 3rd party software company to provide a fully-integrated solution, Mosaic created a fully-dynamic CMS-based website for the theater.
Following on the success of online ticketing, an auditions module was added for scheduling auditions, group tickets and reservations, season tickets, and other features were added as well.
By utilizing Mosaic Group's technical experience, marketing experience, and design ability, the Hale Centre Theatre was able to make a positive impact on the way they do business.
